Terms used in these Terms of Service mean:

2.1. The Website is used to view the content posted on the website
www.instituteofmusicalexcellence.pl containing information about the Institute of Musical Excellence run by the Kultura Regionów Foundation based in Wrocław.

4.1. For the proper use of the Website, it is necessary to have appropriate devices enabling access to the Internet along with the software necessary to browse the Internet resources, whereby the minimum technical requirements are as follows:

2) access to electronic mail and having an active e-mail account;
5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
5.1. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and morality with respect for the personal rights and copyrights and intellectual property of the Administrator and third parties.
5.2. The User is prohibited from using the Website in a manner that is against the law, decency or violates personal rights of third parties.
5.3. Using the Website is unambiguous to accepting these terms of service.
6. ADMINISTRATOR’S RESPONSIBILITY
6.1. The administrator operates the Website and bears responsibility for its proper functioning from the technical side.
7. PERSONAL INFORMATIONS
7.2. The User consents to the Administrator processing his personal data provided on the Website to the extent necessary to use the Website.
7.3. In the course of using the Website, the User may be asked to agree to send commercial information on the Administrator or his Partners to the e-mail address indicated by him. User’s consent is voluntary. Lack of consent of the User does not deprive the User of the possibility to use the Website.
8. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
8.1. In the event of irregularities (in particular obvious typing mistakes), it is possible to submit a complaint with a reason (a precise description of the problem) by the User by e-mail to the following address: ul. Zwycięska 48/9, 53-033 Wrocław (Poland)
8.2. The Administrator’s response to the complaint takes place no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Lack of the Administrator’s response in the above-mentioned period means that the Administrator considered the complaint justified.

9.2. In the interest of security of entrusted personal data, every effort is made to respect the privacy of Users, which are to prevent unauthorized access to data.
9.3. The use of personal data is controlled. The compliance of the undertaken activities with the applicable universally binding legal acts is continuously monitored (act on the protection of personal data, the act on the provision of services by electronic means, as well as all types of executive acts and acts of Community law). Communication between the User and the server hosting the Website is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. In addition, the databases are protected against access by third parties. Only authorized employees and people who service the Website have access to Users’ personal data.
9.4. Personal Data entrusted by the Users are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of law or to implement the contract concluded between the parties.
9.5. The data is not collected automatically, except for the data contained in cookies when using the Website. Cookies are small text files sent by the Website and stored on the Users’ computer, which contain information related to the use of the Website by Users. Cookies are used by the Website to operate the Website and provide opportunities to provide Users with interesting information about the Institute of Musical Excellence.
